By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to have a great experience at Dolce Lounge. We can only give you that experience if you show up for your scheduled appointment!
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through following the link on the email you received, or please call us at (480) 439-2000.Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care that goes into a visit at Dolce Lounge.
Please give a 24-hour notice in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours but greater than 12 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of appointment. This includes half of the cost of the appointment and a restocking fee. Any cancellations less than 12 hours will not receive a refund.
When you submit an appointment, you also agree to receive communications from Dolce Lounge - we will never spam you or sell your information.

Termination
